About Josh
Welcome! My name is Josh Vartanian, and I am new to the Serra CDJR Lake Orion family, but I joined the auto world 20 years ago, establishing great working relationships and exceptional automobile knowledge. Throughout the years, I have been able to help families into the vehicles of their dreams without any pressure. Interacting with customers is a natural feeling for me, and it sealed my love for the sales department and working with great team members. As a General Sales Manager, our team can rely on me for excellent training, assistance, and advice, doing all I can to help them build their clientele while learning more to exceed and grow within the auto field. My passion is to meet the expectations of my customers and teammates. I am not only patient, but I am also energetic, understanding, and customer-driven. Everyone would say I am known for bringing clarity and simplification into complex situations. I do all I can to ensure guests understand every aspect of their buying process so they are confident when making one of the most significant purchases of their lives. I enjoy woodworking, carpentry, playing my drums, attending concerts, and working on my lawn in my free time. My wife, Amanda, and I are high school sweethearts who love taking vacations and building more memories. Some places I have traveled to throughout the years are St. Lucia, St. Maarten, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Nassau, and Germany. My wife and I both have a love for animals as well and look for any cause to support, which includes donating to the Michigan Humane Society and the ASPCA.
