I have been in the auto world for 23 years, joining the Serra CDJR family in June 2009! I'm most proud of the growth of our parts department, knowing I put the time, effort, and energy into helping make it happen. Seeing our team exceed is what we aim to do, offering the knowledge, assistance, and words of encouragement and kindness to get it done. I grew up in Troy, MI, studied at Oakland University, am parts certified, and have won many awards for sales growth. If the outdoors and biking are on the agenda, I am partaking. I have biked multiple state trails throughout the years. Weightlifting and cars are other interests of mine. Although I am currently an Assistant Parts Manager, everyone knows me for being a killer at sales. I also have a reputation as a hard worker; shop owners know that what I say I will do for them, I will get done! Our customers also love that same honesty and hard work ethic, appreciating that I keep my word regarding their services and discounts.
