About George
I stepped into the automotive business 13 years ago and became a part of the Serra team in March 2012. I have worked in various departments, learning more to provide exceptional service. The best part of my job is being surrounded by great coworkers and managers who want to see me succeed and fantastic customers who trust me to help them with significant purchases. Everyone knows me for being easy to communicate with, my transparency, and my great sense of humor. I have fun with almost anything, trying to take away the worry and doubt from the purchasing process. It feels great to have customers come back to me for more purchases and refer their family and friends my way. Life outside of the dealership is all about family, fun, and relaxation. My son, Luke, is a teenager who keeps me busy and is the best part of my life. I love boating, jet skiing, cigars, sports, and visiting a cottage up North. However, if I can travel to Florida, you will find me doing just that. My favorite sport is football, and I am a huge Wolverines fan – go, Blue!

I had a fantastic experience with George Essa, my lease was running out in 4 days and I drove home the same day with a new Compass. He was very respectful and was listening to my needs, as a woman shopping for a car that is very important to me.I loved that I could leave my lease car from a different dealer right with him and the Serra team took care of everything. George took the time to explain all features to me as well.Loved the friendly atmosphere at the dealer from the front desk, the Sales manager to the Finance Manager as well.
