About Eric
Hi! I’m Eric Lowe, a parts advisor who has worked in the automotive industry since 2003, receiving certification through Chrysler. I have worked my way up through many departments and roles, taking in more as I go and building the best working relationships. My ongoing relationships with customers are what I love most about my job. I have lived in Oxford and Rochester, MI, and studied at the University of Detroit Mercy. Being a father is one of my best accomplishments. My two daughters and one son continue to make my life blessed and full of happiness and fun. Although I know the ins and outs of automotive parts, I thrive on learning more and keeping my information as up-to-date and accurate as possible, especially regarding new trends and older parts, helping guests determine what suits their vehicles best and why. Customers love working with me because I treat them as if they were me, doing all I can to ensure they have the best guest experience!
